How this works
The best pilots start with a narrow brief. TerrainScout reviews the criteria, confirms whether the list is buildable, then sends a payment link before custom fulfillment begins.
1. Send the brief. Share the niche, geography, exclusions, and what makes a lead useful.
2. Confirm fit. Michael replies with any clarifying questions, delivery timing, and the secure payment link.
3. Receive the pilot sheet. The finished list comes back as a clean CSV with context your team can review.
For Shopify and ecommerce agencies
The first 100 leads work best when they stay in one lane: Shopify Plus migration candidates, subscription or CPG brands, or fashion/home brands with CRO opportunities.
Each row includes the brand, website, public source, visible ecommerce signal, why it fits your offer, and a suggested opener your team can review before outreach.
Using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
Ask your assistant to summarize your niche, geography, offer, good-fit criteria, and exclusions. Paste that brief here so TerrainScout can confirm whether the list is buildable.
100 rows Company, website, source, signal, fit reason, opener.
Public sources No private inbox data or spam database claims.
No lock-in One paid pilot before any recurring feed.
Pilot QA standard
Before delivery, the sheet is checked for duplicate websites, working website/source URLs, agreed niche and geography fit, stated exclusions, specific fit reasons, and usable opener angles.
If the criteria are too narrow to reach 100 strong rows, TerrainScout flags that before padding the sheet with weak matches.
If rows are clearly outside the confirmed criteria, send examples back and TerrainScout will replace off-profile rows.
